2.1 Customer: Any natural person who places an order via our website.

2.2 Service: The digital photography service provided by SportShots, which includes processing and delivering digital images.

2.3 Order: The selection and purchase of individual images or photo bundles through our website.

2.4 Download Link: A temporary digital link provided via email through which purchased images can be downloaded.

3. Order Process and Contract Formation

3.1 Customers may view all images captured during an event on our website and select those they wish to purchase.

3.2 Orders are placed online and processed through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

3.3 During the checkout process, your email, name, and billing information are collected by Stripe. An account is automatically created using the provided email address, enabling you to access your purchase history indefinitely.

3.4 An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful purchase. This confirmation, together with your acceptance of these Terms, constitutes a binding contract.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices for individual images or photo bundles may vary depending on the event. All prices are VAT inclusive and effective as of the day the order is placed.

4.2 Payment is processed via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, SOFORT, and Giropay.

4.3 The price applicable to your order will be the one in effect on the date of purchase.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

5.1 All purchased images are delivered digitally.

5.2 After payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing a download link to access your purchased images. This download link is valid for a limited duration; however, the images will remain accessible via your account.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the images have not yet been downloaded.

6.2 To request a refund, please contact us at <email>, confirming that the images remain undownloaded. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6.3 Once the images are downloaded, the right to a refund is forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All images provided by SportShots remain the exclusive property of SportShots.

7.2 Upon purchase, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license for private use only.

7.3 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of SportShots.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 SportShots complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and handles all customer data securely.

8.2 The personal data collected (such as email address, name, and billing information) is used solely for processing orders, account creation, and communication purposes.

8.4 By placing an order, you consent to receiving order-related communications and, where applicable, marketing emails. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Customer Account

9.1 An account is automatically created using your email address upon placing an order.

9.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9.3 Your account allows you to view your purchase history and re-download images at any time.

10. Liability, Force Majeure, and Limitation

10.1 SportShots endeavors to deliver high-quality digital content; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

10.2 SportShots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10.3 In the event of a force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or internet service interruptions), SportShots shall be temporarily relieved from its performance obligations for the duration and extent of the event.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.

11.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
